Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Your Contract
When you make a booking with Club Free Spirit (trading as Club Dance Holidays Ltd), your contract is with Club Dance Holidays Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. All holidays are ATOL protected (ATOL ).
2. Booking and Payment
A deposit of £99 per person is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 10 weeks before departure. If you book within 10 weeks of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation by You
If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation charges apply based on how close to departure you cancel. We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance at the time of booking.
4. Changes by Us
Occasionally we may need to make changes to your holiday. We will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternatives or a full refund if the change is significant.
5. ATOL Protection
All our holidays that include flights are financially protected by the ATOL scheme (ATOL ). When you buy an ATOL protected flight or flight inclusive holiday from us, you will receive an ATOL Certificate. This lists what is financially protected, where you can get information on what this means for you, and who to contact if things go wrong.
6. Insurance
It is a condition of booking that all guests have adequate travel insurance for the duration of their holiday. This should cover cancellation, medical expenses, personal liability, and repatriation.
